What is behind me

A professional path and preparation you can verify, not claims to take on trust.

This page is for verification: who I am, where I have worked and where my preparation for board work comes from. Everything here can be checked publicly.

Professional path

My work is about what happens to an organization when AI stops being a curiosity and starts affecting decisions, processes, costs and people.

At WeNet Group (2023-2025), ultimately as Chief AI Officer, I was responsible for moving from AI experiments to strategy and processes that work every day. There I learned something you cannot read in reports: AI delivers results only when someone is accountable by name for quality, data, security and delivery. Without that, all you get is a series of pilots.

Since 2026 I have been co-building Mill AI, where I build companies designed from scratch to work with AI: shared processes, automation, AI agents and a repeatable way of launching new businesses. It is my current practice and a proving ground where I check every day what really works in AI and what only looks good.

From 2020 to 2023 I worked at Axpo Polska, the Polish subsidiary of a Swiss energy group. I was responsible for digital strategy and led a transformation program covering customer service and billing systems in a regulated company. From there I know the reality of such organizations first-hand: compliance, multiple stakeholders and the requirement of business continuity. Earlier (2014-2020) I led technology implementations for large organizations, including banks and insurers.

Preparation for board work

Executive MBA, Kozminski University - strategic and financial craft: reading a business from the owner's perspective, not the project's.

Professional Supervisory Board Program, Kozminski University - a program preparing for professional oversight: duties and accountability of a board member, the work of company bodies, the board-management relationship. Currently in progress.

How to verify

LinkedIn - public professional profile: roles, history, current context.

Mill AI - the company I co-build. You can see what we are actually building.

Confidential conversation - references, client names and project details are shared directly, not published on the site.

What I do not publish

I do not publish case studies with client names, confidential references or project details that require context. I do not run public service sales or an open booking calendar. In work with boards, management boards and owners, context and confidentiality come first.
