Operational bio

I work at the intersection of AI, strategy, operating model and governance. I am most interested in the moment when AI starts to affect decisions, processes, quality, risk, costs and organizational accountability.

As Chief AI Officer at WeNet, I worked on moving AI from experiments into strategy, processes and governance. That experience showed me that AI starts to make business sense when it is connected with quality, adoption, security, accountability and a real operating model.

Today I co-build Mill AI. We build companies designed from the beginning around AI-enabled operating models: shared processes, automation, data, AI agents, quality control and a repeatable way of launching new businesses.

Earlier I worked on technology projects and operational change in the energy sector and on implementations for large organizations. I hold an Executive MBA from Kozminski University and I am in the Professional Supervisory Board Program at Kozminski University.

Areas of work

AI governance - how an organization makes, measures and oversees AI decisions.

Risk and accountability - where operational, regulatory, reputational and quality risks appear.

ROI and budget allocation - which AI initiatives create real value and which are only a series of pilots.

Board readiness - how boards and management teams should discuss AI without reducing the topic to tools.

What I do not publish

I do not publish public case studies with client names, confidential references or project details that require context. I do not run public service sales or an open booking calendar. In work with boards, management teams and owners, context and confidentiality come first.
